About Valdemosa

Valdemosa is a KB Homes community located on the North end of Temecula. From the 15 freeway, you would exit Winchester Road, go up to Murrieta Hot Springs Road, turn right, and then head up to Chandler Drive. From here, you will see the community marquee which you can’t miss! Valdemosa is situated high atop the hills of Temecula with breathtaking views of the entire Temecula Valley below. This was one of the first communities in Southern California to provide water-wise landscaping for the environmentally conscious homeowner.

Valdemosa features three flexible floor plans, ranging in size from 2492 square feet (single story model) to 3586 square feet (two story model). Depending upon how the original buyer chose to finish out their home with the KB design center, the bedroom counts range from three to five, while the bath counts are between two and four. All of the homes in Valdemosa were inspired by the Craftsman home design, and feature elements that you won’t find in most Temecula communities.

Valdemosa is located just up the way from great shopping, restaurants & top rated Temecula Valley schools. This community is not a very large one, and is comprised of just a few streets of homes.
