Lake Village is a small 250 home development that was established in the late 1960’s, making it one of Temecula’s oldest neighborhoods. The community of Lake Village is located in central Temecula off of Rancho Vista Road. Across the street is Vail Elementary School, and less than a half mile away is Temecula Valley High School, the Community Recreation Center & Rancho California Sports Park.

Lake Village was designed around a 15-acre lake where residents can enjoy rowing and swimming year round. A plethora of amenities await new homeowners; including a clubhouse, community pool & spa, tennis courts, a boat dock, playground, and an open grassy picnic area w/ BBQ’s.
